Is the video integrated in the motherboard on Gateway M-1624 Notebook?

Looking to replace the video card on my Gateway Notebook. I have a M-1624 and specs say it has a ATI Radeon X1270 video controler. Before I begin the opening of my laptop, I was wondering if the video card is separate, or a part of the motherboard?
