if you were a 17 yr old girl from the northeast and you got into a summer college program at an Ivy League University for actual college credit on the opposite coast would you go? Assuming all you had to purchase was the plane ticket(s) and that it was a safe environment. You would get to meet nobel prize winners and visit museums and musicals in neighboring San Fransisco. However, you have never flown before, you would have to travel alone, and you have no family in the state of California.
