How many blocks are in a 512 MB gamecube memory card?

i have a 512 mb memory card for the gamecube/wii on its way to my house and i figure it would be nice to know how many blocks one has...or if it even exists cause i found one and im looking for a second but cant find one...lol plz respond i need help with this thnx
