Do I qualify for the American Opportunity Credit?

I have gone to college throughout the years and earned 2 associate degrees. I am currently going back to college to get my bachelors. I received a 1098-T with qualified tuition paid to the college. My tax software states I qualify for the American Opportunity Credit for 2010. Is this true? Would I qualify? The IRS states that it is for the first four-years of post-secondary education. I am assuming my bachelors is with a four-year university.
