I am confused, confronted my spouse over texting his female coworker?

been going over 6 weeks, anyways alot of texting, he denied it. I told him i couldnt trust him etc., and requested for his sims card and he said no, that he never cheated on me but refuses to give him the sims card. also i said lets go to marriage counselor and he said no, that i need to get over this marriage, we have been married for 8 years!! but no kids. So all in all i started packing my stuff, out, now he is acting nice to me., i am confused. you know. i swallowed my pride and asked him twice to work things out see a marriage therapist, you know and his response was i wish you the best and i never cheated on you so i hope you find someone up to your expectations.huh???so now whats up with him being nice and even wanting to get it on. i mean common, its been so much hell this past week you know because i cant be with a liar but i still love him.i need advice!
