My credit card wasn't charged.?

Okay, so I recently order 220$ worth of merchandise from 5.11 Tactical, and it said that it charged my account. I looked online and my account was charged 220$, so I was down to 308$ in my account. I checked the next day and I magically had the 220 back onto my account, and my order is already shipping. What's wrong?! Help please.
