Taxi from Port of Miami to Miami Airport (2011)?

Are there available taxi's at the port of Miami? I'm going on a Carnival cruise in May and need to know if taxi's are waiting to pick up people at the port just like the airport? Also, what kind of cost will there be for a party of 4 in the taxi to travel from the Port of Miami to the Miami airport?
