Transferring credits from 3 colleges.?

None of my credits transferred to the college I want to attend to due to low grades. So, I went to an intersession course offered at the 2nd college (neither of those credits replaced the ones from the 1st college). Now, when I'm applying to the third college, is my gpa accumulated from the non-transferred credits in addition from the 2nd college?
