Anyone with NFCU get their tax refund this morning?

I bank with Navy Federal Credit Union, and i was supposed to get a Direct Deposit from the IRS on jan 28th, less an offset (i hadnt paid my car registration yet, so they will probably take that out). Its around 11:30 AM Pacific time and and i havent got it yet. Anyone banking with NFCU with the same concern?
