Good place to live in Europe?

I live in NYC now with my mom, but we are leaving as right after I graduate from HS this year because we don't have a green card. We are gonna move to Europe cuz I'm a Portuguese citizen. However, I don't want to live in Portugal....so I'm wondering. Where is a good place to live in Europe? I still need to go to college, so a place with good education and good jobs would be the best. Please give me an idea since I've never been to Europe so Idk which place is a good place to live.
