Question about english as med school prereq?

I know that some med schools require a year of english, and currently I have one quarter of english that I took at a university and another two quarters of english that I took through the university's online extension while I was away during the summer. So in total I have 3 quarters of english, amounting to 15 credits. Will med schools not see the online classes as satisfaction of the english prereq or am i fine?
