My parents have a mortgage on my house which in a trust in my name. They are not trustees. Is that legal?

The bank will not tell me anything about the mortgage 'cause I am not it, it is their name only. Yes I did sign papers on it, but can't ask about it. What happens when they die??? (85 & 86). I have NOOOO credit due to bankrupsy. HELP!!!
