I owe -90 days on my runescape account HELP!?

I owe -90 days and i cannot use a credit card to pay them back i know i have to pay for 4 months just to get one month of membership but i dont want to use the paybycash method can i use the runescape cards you get from 7 eleven or target ofrwalmart to get my account back?
